Destinie Baker Sutton, Esq. receives “Leader in the Law” Award from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers

The Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) honored Destinie Baker Sutton, Esq. with its Leader in the Law award at its annual Awards and Installation ceremony during The Florida Bar Annual Convention in Boca Raton. She was chosen for the distinction after being nominated by the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL.

The Leader in the Law award recognizes women who have made meaningful contributions and significant impacts in their communities through their legal service or volunteer activities and have proven to be a positive role model for FAWL members.

“I am humbled and honored to be nominated for this award by my esteemed colleagues in the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL and to be selected by FAWL to receive such a prestigious award,” remarked Sutton.

Founder of Destinie Law Firm, PA, Sutton’s legal practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases. Dedicated to her legal practice and the community, Mrs. Sutton has served in a variety of leadership roles in the community, including serving currently as president of Palm Beach County Sheree Davis Cunningham Black Women Lawyers Association, and was recently appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
