Managing Secondary Trauma while Maintaining Professionalism and Ethical  Standards by the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida, Panelist 

Panelist along with Federal and States Judges as well as local attorneys to discuss the   

important topic of the Mental Health in support of Mental Health Awareness Month on  May 21, 2025.   

Induction of Successful Applicants to The Florida Bar by the Fourth District Court of  Appeal, Speaker 

Represented The Florida Board of Bar Examiners at the Induction of Successful  Applicants to The Florida Bar at The Fourth District Court of Appeal by providing remarks, certifying that the candidates were qualified and moving the that the candidates be admitted to The Florida Bar on May 5, 2025.    

Feeding the Homeless and Families in Need, Organizer 

Organized a community service project with Pack 116 of Scouting America where approximately twenty (20) cub scouts and their families, collected about 800 pounds of surplus vegetables from a local farm to be donated to local food banks to feed the homeless and families in need on February 22, 2025.   

Mastering Professionalism within your Presentation, Litigation and Trial Skills CLE,  Panelist  

Panelist along with Judge Daliah Weiss, Federal Judge Carolyn Bell, Judge April Bristow, Judge Sherri Collins, Attorney Mandy Jesteadt, Attorney Takisha Richardson and Attorney Tania Williams.  In my role, I conducted a mock closing argument to demonstrate and instructed younger lawyers on the ethical and strategic considerations.

Feeding the Homeless and Families in Need, Organizer 

Organized a community service project where approximately twenty (20) people including kindergarteners through second graders, collected about 800 pounds of surplus vegetables from a local farm to be donated to local food banks to feed the homeless and families in need, on March 11, 2023.       

Etiquette Workshop for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County’s Youth of the Year, Organizer 

Organized an Etiquette Workshop with the Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of Year where the children were instructed on etiquette, professional attire and provided a free suit by Florida Representative Jervonte Edmonds, owner of Suits for Seniors, a non-profit organization, on January 21, 2023.  This event was hosted by the Palm Beach Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.     

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, Organizer 

Organized a community service project preparing and providing 200 meals, 200 hygiene kits and 200 socks to the homeless population served by St. George’s Table on January 16, 2023.  This event was hosted by the Palm Beach Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.  

Children’s Home Society Holiday Toy Drive, Organizer 

As a Chairperson of the Community Service for the Palm Beach Chapter Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated; organized a toy drive that provided toys to 81 homeless children and families receiving services from the Children’s Home Society in December of 2022. 

Children’s Home Society Halloween Candy & Costume Drive, Organizer 

Organized a Halloween candy drive that provided $1,200 worth of Halloween candy and costumes to the homeless children and families receiving services from the Children’s Home Society on October 7, 2022.  This event was hosted by the Palm Beach Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.

Organizer a Judicial Candidates Forum.  In addition, served as a Moderator of the Debate between the Candidates in Palm Beach County on August 3, 2022.

Speaking engagement to at-risk high school students on the topic, “Interacting with Law Enforcement” on February 2, 2021.  “Suits For Seniors” is a non-profit organization that mentors and trains at-risk youth providing them education on economic mobility, life skills, and entrepreneurship.

Youth Court, Judge 

Youth Court is an alternative to the criminal justice system for first time juvenile offenders.  In Youth Court, local high school students participate in trials, playing the role of prosecutors, defense attorneys, and jurors in cases involving real juvenile offenders who have committed minor criminal offenses.  I participated by presiding over the trials as the Judge.  Additionally, I provided constructive criticism and encouragement to the participating students and juvenile offenders.
